I’m a UX/UI design leader and hands-on practitioner specializing in enterprise logistics, freight, and operational platforms, helping organizations translate complex transportation workflows into intuitive, scalable digital experiences.

I currently serve as Senior Manager of Web & Customer Experience at WillScot Mobile Mini, where I lead both strategy and execution across our digital ecosystem, including public websites, a Salesforce Experience Cloud customer portal, and evolving eCommerce capabilities.

My work sits at the intersection of research, design, and delivery. I regularly operate as a lead individual contributor, conducting user research, designing workflows, building wireframes and high-fidelity UI, and evolving scalable design systems, while also mentoring designers and partnering closely with product, engineering, and operations teams. At WillScot, I’ve led the design of customer-facing tools that support job site services, asset tracking, renewals, relocations, and ETA visibility, leveraging geo-mapped and site-specific data to bring clarity to complex operational workflows.

Throughout my career, I’ve delivered high-impact digital products across transportation, automotive, construction, finance, and technology. At LKQ / Keystone Automotive, I served as lead UX designer across platforms such as Accessory.Parts and Make It Your Ride, working directly with freight, warehouse, and eCommerce teams to streamline order fulfillment and accelerate digital sales. At Reynolds & Reynolds, I led UX design for dealership software and nationwide training platforms, including the Add-On Auto system. Earlier, I helped launch Ballyhoo Autoware, where I led hands-on UX/UI design for digital vehicle configurators that reshaped dealership accessory sales and contributed to the company’s successful acquisition.

I bring the same discipline, curiosity, and teamwork I developed as a collegiate track and cross-country athlete into my professional work. Whether operating as a lead IC or guiding teams through complex initiatives, I thrive in collaborative environments where thoughtful design turns operational complexity into intuitive, user-centered experiences that deliver long-term value.
